Blasé singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey has picked up a chic cabin in Echo Park that was most recently owned by HGTV star Leanne Ford.

Variety reports that Del Rey paid nearly $200,000 above asking price for the cozy home, which was thoroughly remodeled by Ford after she bought the house in 2016.

Property records show the $1.2 million sale closed earlier this month. The buyer is listed as a limited liability company registered at the address of a stately brick mansion in Windsor Square that Del Rey purchased in 2012.

As Variety notes, the singer also owns a pair of adjacent homes in the Hollywood Hills, which she purchased in 2016.

The Echo Park house has plenty of contemporary California style. Bathed in white paint, it features hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and French doors that provide plenty of indoor-outdoor access. A freestanding fireplace sits inside of an older stone frame and the kitchen has been equipped with a vintage sink, sleek appliances, and built-in shelving.

Built in 1911, the residence sits on a shaded lot in Elysian Heights.
