There’s not much of a description for this Studio City one-bedroom apartment, but the pictures show a spacious unit with a balcony and an ample, galley-style kitchen. The fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen look fairly new too. The apartment measures 900 square feet and rents for $2,100.

In Beverlywood near the Palms border, this 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartment has been fully renovated and offers hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a carport parking spot. There is the slightly ominous request that potential renters “don’t judge a book by the cover,” but we can ignore it. The apartment rents for $2,100.
