Comedian and Emmy Award-winning actor Ray Romano has picked up a new residence in Venice, according to Variety.

The Everybody Loves Raymond Star paid $2.1 million for the chic, single-level home. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms spread across more than 1,800 square feet of living space. It last sold in March for $1.33 million and flipped back to market in July with a $1.99 million asking price.

Interior features include hardwood floors, new windows, updated bathrooms, and a remodeled kitchen with a large center island and brand new appliances. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and opens to a sunny wooden side deck.

The home sits on a roughly 6,050-square-foot lot with a grassy backyard and an attached two-car garage.

According to Variety, Romano also owns a Mediterranean-style mansion in Encino and a beachfront property in Malibu for which he paid $8.5 million in 2004.
