The more than two dozen townhomes in The Olson Company’s Fig & Fifty Walk development will hit the market September 9 with asking prices from $578,000.

In the works since around 2015, the development on Figueroa and Avenue 50 consists of 29 homes designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning. The majority of the pads are three stories, but there are also four single-story units.

All models also have at least two bathrooms, which feature very on-trend marble countertops. Master bedrooms offer walk-in closets and dual vanities in the master bathroom. The three-bedroom townhouse all have tandem two-car garages. They measure approximately 2,000 square feet, with prices from the low $800,000s.

The two-bedroom models start at $578,000 and run up to $735,000. Some of the two-bedrooms come with tandem two-car garages, while others have a one-car garage with an on-site outdoor spot.

The Olson Homes project is just around the corner from another townhouse project under construction on Echo Street, by Santa Clarita-based developer Williams Homes. These townhouses will be reportedly priced at around $500,000.
