The interiors of this Northridge house built in 1976 look largely untouched with throwback wallpaper and fixtures popping up in bedrooms, bathrooms, and the dining area. There must have been some new additions though, because the laminate wood floors are scuff-free and shiny.

The four bedroom, three bathroom house has a fair amount of space inside, as well as outside: The approximately 2,500-square-foot house sits on a nearly 11,000 square foot lot.

The house’s interiors look especially roomy thanks to high, pitched ceilings and large windows, especially in the front of the house, where there’s a wall of windows to flood the living room with sunshine.

Off the kitchen, a largely paved backyard holds a pool and a lot of space for entertaining or perhaps a renovation that would add a little more green to the concrete-y area.

The house is located on a cul-de-sac adjacent to Northridge’s Sherwood Forest neighborhood, a quiet and tree-rich area where comedian Richard Pryor once lived.

Last sold in 1977 for $89,000, the house is now listed for $724,900.
