The young and incomprehensibly famous daughters of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner are certainly making a lot of waves on the LA real estate scene lately.
Last month, Kylie Jenner sold her first LA home, which she purchased as a 17-year-old in 2015. Now, TMZ reports that the model and TV personality has found a buyer for a separate house in Hidden Hills, which Jenner listed in December for $5.4 million.
Records show an offer has been accepted, but the price isn’t clear just yet—though TMZ reports it’s close to the original asking price.
Jenner picked up the four-bedroom, four-bath residence in June of 2016 for $4.5 million—leaving plenty of room for profit on the resale.
The muted, ranch-style home has just over 5,150 square feet of living space, with amenities that include a wet bar, in-home theater, swimming pool, and enclosed vineyard.
Jenner isn’t the only member of her family shopping properties this summer. Variety reports that older sister Kendall Jenner is selling a two-bedroom luxury condo in Westwood that she’s owned since 2014 for $1.6 million.
The elder Jenner is also selling a six-bedroom home above the Sunset Strip that she purchased from actors John Krasinski and Emily Blunt last year for $6.5 million. According to Variety, Jenner has quietly shopped the place around for $7 million—and is rumored to have accepted an offer, though the details of the sale have not been confirmed.
