This bungalow house is located in Hollywood’s Sunset Square neighborhood. It’s a bit obscured from the street by foliage, but it’s cute under all those leaves. The three-bedroom home has received “classic updates” from Jeff Lewis Designs of Bravo’s “Flipping Out” fame.

Built in 1915, it has large, paned-glass front door that welcomes entrants right into a foyer with a decorative fireplace. The dining room features built-ins and a sunny window seat.

Skylights and French doors keep the high-ceilinged living room bright. French doors appear again in the spacious master bedroom. Here, they open onto a large patio and unadorned pergola in the back yard, which also contains a small, detached unit that could be used as a home office or workshop.

The house last sold in February 2016 for $1.6 million. It’s listed now for $1.72 million.
