The residence hit the market over a year ago

Young model and reality star Kylie Jenner may have finally found a buyer for her first big real estate purchase in Calabasas. Citing unnamed sources in the rumor-filled world of celebrity real estate, Variety reports that the 19-year-old has agreed to a deal to sell the five-bedroom home she purchased back in 2015.

Jenner purchased the house for $2.6 million and set about redecorating the place with a very consistently black and white color scheme. It was initially listed for $3.9 million, but that price has since come down to $3.3 million. It’s not clear yet what price Jenner has accepted for the home or whether the Kardashian half-sister is in the black.

The Italian-style home was built in 2006 and offers 5,100 square feet of living space on a one-third-acre lot. Features include a massive master bathroom equipped with a black clawfoot tub and multiple cavernous walk-in closets. The grounds offer a large outdoor dining area, as well as a fire pit, swimming pool, and spa.

While this may have been Jenner’s first foray into the real estate game her many famous family members play so well, it’s far from the only purchase she’s made to this point. As Varitety notes, Jenner has already accumulated three other residences in Southern California—all in the gated Hidden Hills community just north of Calabasas.

Jenner’s most recent acquisition is a 13,200-square-foot mansion she paid a little over $12 million for in September. Another one of her many properties hit the market for $5.4 million in December.
