The Ten Thousand, a Century City residential tower on Santa Monica Bouelvard, has gained notoriety for its robot butlers and on-site Botox doctors, but that was before its top-floor penthouse arrived on the market. The penthouse, located atop of the 40-story building, is now available for $65,000 a month, according to developer Crescent Heights.
The furnished penthouse runs the length of the building and features 16-foot-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Photos show airy, spacious rooms, and good views from even the bathtub.
The three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom residence measures approximately 4,000 square feet, and that’s not counting its two terraces and private deck.

The Ten Thousand’s non-penthouse residences are also pricey, ranging from $9,000 to $25,000 per month. We got a look at them back in May.
Developed by Crescent Heights and designed by Handel Architects, the building opened in January.
