A new condominium development is bringing 19 new residences to Santa Monica’s Mid-City neighborhood. Sales have opened at the new complex, called AIRE Santa Monica, the complex, which is located on 14th Street near Santa Monica Boulevard—not too far from the action closer to Downtown Santa Monica.
“As the Silicon Beach tech scene continues to grow, so does a new demand for luxury residences that blend seamlessly with beach living here in Santa Monica,” says Ken Simpson, Vice President of Palisades, which developed the project.
The condos are a mix of single-level “garden flats,” multi-level units with rooftop decks, and a single “premier garden” residence, which measures over 2,100 square feet and has about 800 square feet of outdoor space spread across decks and terraces. AIRE was designed by JFAK Architects.
Prices start in the mid-$900,000s and rise to $2 million. Those amounts are below the neighborhood’s median home price, which was almost $2.2 million in the first quarter of this year.
