Kristen Wiig sells stylish Los Feliz house for $2M

After a couple months on the market, Ghostbusters and former Saturday Night Live star Kristen Wiig has sold her house in Los Feliz’s Franklin Hills neighborhood for $2 million, reports the Los Angeles Times.

That’s bit less than the nearly $2.4 million the house was asking when it hit the market in March, but it’s still more than the $1.764 million Wiig paid in 2013.

The three-bedroom dwelling features fantastic views of the surrounding hills and features about 2,500 square feet of outdoor decks. One large deck area is connected to the open kitchen and living room via Fleetwood doors that seamless disappear into the walls.
