A new 51-unit, mixed-use condo building is proposed for a spot on Pico Boulevard in Harvard Heights, according to Planning Commission documents first spotted by Urbanize LA. The commission is scheduled to review the plans June 22.
The building is slated for property at 3063 Pico Boulevard, near Pico and Western Boulevard. There are some commercial structures on the site now.
The mixed-user would have condos over about 3,400 square feet of commercial space. It would rise about six stories tall along Pico and four stories along 12th Place. The project will also offer two levels of underground parking. The project’s developer is listed as Decolage Ventures LLC.
The planning department is recommending the commission approve the project.
