After a few years in the works, a new seven-residence development of small lot houses at the corner of Rimpau and Wilshire is readying for its opening. Developer BLDG Partners has partnered with real estate brokerage Partners Trust to sell the collection of three-story houses, set in “a protected park-like locale” in Hancock Park’s Park Mile neighborhood.
Called The Sevens, each of the houses holds three or four bedrooms and roughly measures from 2,100 to 2,500 square feet.
They all have four bathrooms, Viking appliances, two-car garages with a direct connection to the interiors of the houses, and rooftop terraces.
Guy Penini, a principal at BLDG Partners, says the houses were, “inspired by the classic brownstones of New York City and London,” though they have decidedly contemporary appearances. The project was designed by architecture firm Modative.
Homes in The Sevens start at $1.675 million and go up to $2 million. They are expected to hit the market this July.
The project has been in the works since at least 2014, when early designs and information about the project first popped up.
