Last year, Johnny Depp listed all five of the penthouses he owns in Downtown LA’s majestic Eastern Columbia Building. So far, two of the units have sold, including the largest, which fetched $2.545 million after less than a month on the market.
Now, despite the fact that its been up for sale since September, listing agents Kevin Dees and Nick Segal are offering a first public glimpse into Penthouse 2, which is asking $2.48 million.
We’re told the 2,266-square-foot loft has been professionally staged, though some of the art on display in the unit belongs to Depp. A custom light fixture assembled from 1950s Hollywood Boulevard street lights is sadly not included in the sale (you can see it hanging above the unit’s lower level).
Not only has the unit been staged, but producers of the video tour have recruited an actress to show off its qualifications as a place to relax, sunbathe, and even invite a guest over for dinner.

The penthouse has two bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two levels. Its lower level entrance offers direct access to the building’s sky deck, which includes a pool, spa, and fitness center. Other features include an open kitchen and living area and a spacious master suite with views across the city.

Depp, whose latest Pirates of the Caribbean film makes its debut later this month, may be looking for a quick sale. Fresh off a bitter divorce from Amber Heard, the actor has reportedly been mired in financial troubles as of late.
