Looks like rapper Iggy Azalea and Los Angeles Laker Nick Young are finally getting around to selling a Tarzana property the ill-fated celebrity couple picked up in 2014, when they were still an item.
As Variety reports, the six-bedroom residence is back on the market and asking $3.595 million—just a hair above the $3.45 million that Azalea and Young originally paid for the place. The seller at that time was none other than fellow young famous person Selena Gomez; it remains to be seen whether the home’s next owner will keep the streak of celebrity ownership going.
Built in 1956, the traditional-style home comes with an attached guest house accessible by a separate entrance. Situated on a nearly one-acre lot, the grounds are chock full of amenities, including stretches of grassy lawn, a swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and a full-sized basketball court.
The airy interior features hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces, a large updated kitchen, a game room, and numerous glass doors offering both natural light and outdoor access. Fronted by a gate, the 6,630-square-foot home also includes a large driveway and a two-car garage.
As we observed in 2014, it’s not necessarily the kind of place that screams young celebrity couple, but then again, Azalea and Young no longer fit that description.
