Sitting right on Orange Grove Boulevard in East Pasadena is this cute-as-a-button, Traditional-style home. Built in 1922, it’s on the market for the first time since 1973.

Original hardwood floors run through most of the house, which measures 1,360 square feet and holds two bedrooms. In the living room, a fireplace adorned with Batchelder tiles is by flanked by built-in shelves, large windows and what appear to be coved ceilings make the room feel tall and bright.

A Dutch door connects the dining room to the kitchen, the listing says, where there’s tile flooring and a fair amount of counter space.

There’s just one bathroom but there is a dedicated laundry room just off the kitchen, as well as a basement.

The backyard will probably need some sprucing up before it can host house parties and summertime barbecues, but it is spacious and promising.

The property is listed for $650,000.
