The Marina del Rey home of late actress and Brady Bunch star Florence Henderson is on the market for the first time since Henderson purchased the property in 2000.

As the Los Angeles Times reports, Henderson and her second husband, John Kappas, loved to sail and even lived on a houseboat in the marina before moving into the newly built residence.

On a gated street with 11 other houses, the three-bedroom home doesn’t quite have the same midcentury charm of the Brady family’s ranch house, but it does have the advantages of easy access to both the Cal Yacht Club and the Marvin Braude Bike Path.

With 3,237 square feet of living space, the home has three bathrooms, an open kitchen and living area, a spacious master bedroom with a fireplace, and a fitness room. There’s also a rooftop deck, a small yard and outdoor patio, and a two-car garage.

Henderson, who died in November, paid $1.021 million for the home. It’s now asking $2.795 million.
