Suicide Squad star Jared Leto has relisted one of his Los Angeles houses, a Cahuenga Pass pad built in 1955 and, according to the listing, it was also once rumored to be the home of comedian Jimmy Durante.

The two-story house holds four bedrooms within its approximately 4,000 square feet. Hidden behind a large, vine-covered wall, the property extends from street to street, and the lot is landscaped with a border of lush, tall foliage, giving the rear yard and the whole property a very private feel.

Inside, the house sports white interiors and dark brown hardwood floors. The kitchen is ample but otherwise unremarkable.

The master bedroom appears to have a balcony overlooking the back yard and pool. Another perk is that it comes with its own recording studio.

The outdoor space is the real star here. Aside from having a secluded vibe, the “lagoon-style pool” and spa is accompanied by a rambling patio, a built-in barbecue, a fire pit, and an “outdoor living room.”

Leto, a musician and an actor, bought the property in 2006, paying $1.65 million. It’s now listed for $1.999 million, the same price it asked when it appeared on the market briefly last year.
