This Spanish bungalow in Santa Monica’s neighborhood packs a sweet punch. Its backyard is landscaped with lavender and festooned in bunting, the kitchen floor is checkered black and white, and the living room is accented with a handsome fireplace and arched entryways.

Built in 1926, it comes in at only two bedrooms, one bathroom, and 1,005 square feet, but there’s a dining room and a separate laundry.

It’s asking a hefty $2.149 million, a price that’s probably largely based on its prime location in the desirable city’s Mid-City neighborhood, which is walking distance to upscale Montana Avenue and just two miles to the beach.
