Here’s another opportunity to own a unit in Downtown LA’s Eastern Columbia Lofts—one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in the city. A penthouse measuring a generous 3,320 square feet has hit the market for $3.98 million, a price that buys killer views of the Downtown skyline.

The listing comes on the heels of Johnny Depp putting up for sale his collection of five penthouses in the Eastern Columbia building.
