Just off Franklin Avenue in Los Feliz, this approximately 1,000-square-foot bungalow has a lot of its old charm, including hardwood floors, wood-beamed ceilings, wainscoting, and what appear to be the original windows.

The house, built in 1909, has the wide porch that’s expected in a Craftsman. Through the front door, the living room and dining area await. The dining area has a pass-through to the U-shaped kitchen and its tiled backsplash.

The three bathrooms are bright and cozy. There is only one bathroom, but the listing does suggest that the dwelling has “plenty of room to add a second bathroom or expand third bedroom.”

The Craftsman sits on a 3,500-square-foot lot, so the backyard has room to spread out. There’s a pergola back there that’s set up with a table for outdoor dining.

The house last sold in 2012 for just over $644,000, public records show. It’s now listed for $949,000.
