More than two years after listing his seven-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills Post Office, Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash has finally found a buyer for the home, reports TMZ. The lucky new owner: none other than rapper Big Sean.

Located in the exclusive Mulholland Estates gated community, the home sits on a half-acre lot and has nearly 11,000 square feet of living space. It originally hit the market with a $10.995 million price tag, but sold for $8.7 million—about $1.4 million more than what Slash paid for it in 2009.

The amenity-rich house opens to a two-story foyer and includes a lower-level “nightclub” space complete with a DJ booth, according to the listing. Other features include a screening room, a recording studio, and a library. Multiple balconies provide some pretty nice views across the city.

The grounds are equipped with a swimming pool, a spa, a large barbecue area, and even a skate ramp.

A bit of tasteful staging may have helped the home sell; in 2015, it was looking very rock star-ish indeed, with rooms full of leather and pirate ship chandeliers. But in more recent listing photos (seen on TMZ) it appears a bit more buttoned-up.

Here’s a look at the place in all its Slash-approved glory:
