Grey’s Anatomy actress Ellen Pompeo and her husband, music producer Chris Ivery, listed their glassy, 1957 house in the Cahuenga Pass section of the Hollywood Hills in September, with a price tag of $1.995 million.
Now the Los Angeles Times reports they’ve sold the place for $2.075 million, or $80,000 over asking.
Concrete floors and huge floor-to-ceiling windows run throughout the almost 1,900-square-foot residence. The three-bedroom house features stone accents, including the flagstone fireplace and a backyard fire pit.
There’s also a lovely master suite with an outdoor bathtub.

Pompeo and Ivery’s main residence is in Los Feliz’s gated Laughlin Park neighborhood. The pair bought the secluded-looking dwelling in 2008 for $1.226 million.
The Times reports that prior to being listed for sale, Pompeo’s house had served as an income property, renting in the “$6,500 to $7,500 per month range.”
