Broad City co-creator and star Abbi Jacobson just dropped $1.59 million on a midcentury modern Silver Lake house with a covered front patio, big windows, and sweet views, Variety reports.
The three-bedroom house dates to the 1950s and has been updated and restored, as its sweet, stone fireplace might indicate. Wood floors and beamed ceilings run throughout the residence.
The bright living room has a wall of windows that look out over the street and across the rooftops of Silver Lake. The kitchen features a restored vintage stove top, a butler’s pantry, and bar seating area.
At the back end of the house, the master bedroom has a wonderful en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and a soaking tub. The backyard has a built-in barbecue, tons of space for entertaining, and a pergola.
There’s even a home office, on the ground floor next to the garage, where—gasp—future episode of Broad City could be penned.
