If this flamingo pink Spanish-style complex in Long Beach looks familiar, that’s probably because it stood in as the home of Emma Stone’s aspiring starlet/barista in La La Land. Now, one of its two-bedroom units can be yours.

Even if you weren’t a fan of the movie, there’s plenty to love about the personable 1920s courtyard complex, called El Cordova. Complete with a central stone pathway and a fountain, the building has a romantic feel accentuated by vintage features like casement windows and arched doorways.

This particular unit has 1,291 square feet of living space, including a single bathroom, a formal dining room, and a sunny breakfast nook. Interior features include hardwood floors, coved ceilings, and plenty of Spanish tile.

The ceiling in the living room rises to 15 feet at its highest point, and French doors throughout the home offer easy access to the shared courtyard.

Asking price is $495,000, with HOA dues of $225 per month. Open houses are scheduled Saturday, December 2, and Sunday, December 3, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
