Editor's note: This story was originally published on November 29. It has been updated throughout to reflect the latest information.

This four-story house up the hilly street from the Southwest Museum offers multiple living areas and room to spread out. The house is dotted with custom windows and “period details” like coved ceilings and arched doorways.

The kitchen is compact and outfitted with new-ish cabinets, a farmhouse sink, butcher block counter tops, and a dining area.

The two-bedroom Mt. Washington house measures a modest 790 square feet, but provides bright spaces and two spacious outdoor area for dining, entertaining, or general relaxation in the sun.

The property also includes two “bonus” spaces that could be used for an office and studio; the two spaces add almost 500 square feet to the property, listing agent Audrey Leoncio tells Curbed.

Last sold in 2012 for $400,000, the house is now listed for $699,000.
