Comedian and onetime television host Kathy Griffin has finally found a buyer for the extravagant Hollywood Hills mansion she listed a little over a year ago. Variety reports that Griffin is selling the home for just under $4.5 million—well below the $5.495 million price tag attached to the house when it first appeared on the market.

The comic bought the house, which is apparently named “Wings,” in 2004 (for $2.85 million) and later told the Wall Street Journal she wanted it to say “screw you Hollywood—I made it.”

The five-bedroom residence certainly has that look to it, with more than 8,000 square feet of living space and multiple fountains punctuating the interiors. Spread out on a hillside lot, the long white home looms over the city, providing some stellar views to anyone standing on its wraparound balconies or looking out of one of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The gated residence also has a four-car garage, a working elevator, a screening room, no less than six fireplaces, and a large entryway with terrazzo floors and a winding staircase.

The house sits on a half-acre lot at the end of a long driveway. The grounds include multiple outdoor patio spaces, a swimming pool, spa, and an outdoor fireplace and dining area.

Variety also notes that Griffin paid $10.5 million for an even larger residence in the gated Bel Air Crest neighborhood, where Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just sold a remodeled mansion for $17.8 million.
