Drew Scott, star of the long-running HGTV series Property Brothers (and a current Dancing with the Stars finalist), may be settling down in LA’s ritzy Windsor Square neighborhood.
The TV star and his fiancé, Linda Phan, paid $2.3 million earlier this year for a very on-brand residence (it’s a homey fixer upper built in 1921). Now, listing agent Bruce Walker of Rodeo Realty says that the couple has already begun renovating the property—with the work likely to be detailed in future Property Brothers episodes.
Just under 3,500 square feet in size, the home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus an additional 967-square-foot space on the third floor. Interior features include hardwood floors, crown moldings, a dining room, breakfast room, and butler’s pantry, and an original Batchelder tile fireplace.
The house is set back from the street on a 10,000-square-foot lot with a grassy backyard enclosed by walls of vegetation.
Variety notes that Drew Scott and his twin brother, Jonathan, also own a home in Las Vegas that they thoroughly overhauled for a previous season of the TV show.
