He’s got a rep for being a troublesome neighbor

Youtube star Jake Paul, a famously obnoxious neighbor, is putting down roots in celeb-filled Calabasas, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Paul irked residents in Beverly Grove earlier this year, when he rented a contemporary home in the neighborhood. People who lived on his street complained of the large crowds of young people who came to stargaze at the internet celeb’s rental, and they were less than pleased by his stunts, which included starting a fire in an empty swimming pool in his backyard and riding a dirt bike down the middle of the street.

Now he’s someone else’s problem. Paul bought a 15,000-square-foot estate in Calabasas last month, paying $6.925 million.

Paul gave his fans a tour of the house via Youtube.

The house features a three-story entryway with spiral staircase, a two-bedroom detached guest house, an office, a music room, a home theater, and a lavish kitchen with four ovens, two dishwashers, and a large center island.

The master suite has its own kitchenette, as well as a balcony and a secret passageway “thru the bookcases between rooms,” the listing boasts. There are seven other suite-style bedrooms in the residence.

The rear yard holds a pool with “multiple” waterfalls and two outdoor barbecue areas.

Jake Paul’s brother, Logan, recently bought an estate in Encino, paying $6.55 million.
