Youtube star Logan Paul is certainly doing well for himself: He just paid $6.55 million for a roughly 9,000-square-foot house, the Los Angeles Times reports. (Paul initially found fame via Vine, the super-fun, now-defunct video app.)
The gated estate, originally a 1970s-era Robert Byrd design, sits on an acre in Encino’s sought-after Rancho Estates neighborhood. It’s been thoroughly renovated, and sports “reclaimed wood siding and polished concrete” on its sprawling exterior.
Inside, the five-bedroom, seven-bath estate has a modern farm house look, and holds vaulted ceilings, a wine cellar, four fireplaces, a screening room with projector, and a kitchen with a massive island.
In an enthusiastic Youtube tour of his new home, Paul explains to his 12 million subscribers that the “magic” of the house lies in the lush and park-like backyard.
Logan Paul’s brother, Jake Paul, is a renter in Beverly Grove, where he ran afoul of his neighbors for his antics in the street, loud parties, and, on at least one instance, setting a bunch of stuff on fire in an empty pool.
