This 3,797-square-foot home for sale in the Hollywood Hills has a lot to offer. The seven-bedroom, five-bath residence was constructed in 1961 and features oversized windows, a spacious swimming pool, and—oh, nevermind. It’s being marketed as a teardown. Asking price: $6.195 million.

The minimalist listing description calls it a “[r]are development opportunity on one of few upper Doheny Estate UNLIMITED height, view lots.” While confusingly worded, that blurb pretty much sums up what’s so attractive about this house: It sits on a one-third-acre lot in Doheny Estates—right amid the exclusive Bird Streets.

Those views better be worth it. Let’s take a look:

OK, well this Streetview image was taken in April, 2015. That construction is probably done by now. And the smog can’t be that heavy all the time, can it?

We’re sure there’s someone out there excited about this investment opportunity, but we’ll probably save our $6 million for later.
