Looking to buy in Toluca Lake, the classy suburban neighborhood in the Valley with a long history of celebrity residents? Seventeen opportunities are opening this weekend, when sales launch for a new small-lot subdivision fittingly called Toluca 17.

According to the website for the development, the 17 homes have no shared walls and private entrances. Each home in the subdivision features 3 en-suite bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage with direct access.

Inside the three-level residences, the first floors feature a bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a second-level living room and kitchen with quartz counters.

The top floor holds two more bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and dual sinks. Each residence also has a rooftop deck.

Toluca 17, developed by Metro Investments and P. Joseph Development, claims to be the first small lot development in Toluca Lake. The dwellings range from 1,726 to 1,986 square feet and start at $799,000.
