Modern Family’s Ty Burrell lists Culver City condo for $1.398M

The spacious penthouse is in a prime spot in the city’s downtown

Modern Family star Ty Burrell gets tons of laughs onscreen, but his contemporary condo in downtown Culver City is no joke. The two-bedroom residence has a great location on Culver Boulevard right near Washington Boulevard in the city’s downtown.

The corner unit, “one of the largest Penthouses in the building,” is furnished with custom fabric wallpaper in the living room, kitchen, and entryway.

Most of the space in the contemporary dwelling, which measures 1,680 square feet, is open, so there’s a smooth flow from the front door, through the kitchen (Caesarstone counters, high-end appliances) and living room, and out to a spacious terrace. The master bedroom opens out onto the same terrace through separate sliding doors, and its en-suite bathroom holds dual vanities, a glass shower, and tub.

The condo also has access to two side-by-side parking spaces (with electric car charging outlets) and the complex’s yoga studio and gym.

Burrell, who plays a real estate agent named Phil Dunphy on Modern Family, purchased condo in 2010 for $865,000. It’s now listed for $1.398 million.
