[UPDATE] This chat is now closed, but we encourage you to scroll through the comments to hear Tracy Do’s insights on LA’s real estate market.
Today’s Open Thread is a Q&A with Compass realtor Tracy Do, a Southern California native who works mostly on the Eastside of Los Angeles, especially in all of the lovely hillside neighborhoods known for their mix of Craftsman and Spanish bungalows and midcentury modern gems: Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington, and Glassell Park.
She’s been specializing in these ‘hoods since 2002, so she has a lot of knowledge about the local real estate market. A couple in particular are heating up this year—Glassell Park and Cypress Park are predicted to be LA’s next “it” neighborhoods.
Tracy is joining us at noon, but feel free to start posting questions in the comments.
