↑ This one-bedroom in Spaulding Square has been recently remodeled and everything looks pristine, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Located just a couple of blocks away from Plummer Park, the apartment only appears to have one downside: According to the listing copy, the unit’s parking space is directly in front of the building’s dumpster, meaning the occupant would need to move her car by 7 a.m. every Tuesday and Friday. Rent is $1,795.

↑ This 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartment in Mid-City boasts real wood floors in the living room and two parking spaces. The complex has on-site laundry and only 12 units. Rent is $1,650.

↑ Tucked into Sawtelle, this 650-square-foot, upper-level unit comes with parking (one spot) and a balcony. There’s no air conditioning in this one-bedroom, so bring a fan. Rent is $1,800.

↑ Need some space? How about two bedrooms in Baldwin Hills. Just off La Cienega and Jefferson, this apartment has wood floors, covered parking, and access to on-site laundry facilities. There’s just one bathroom, and though it doesn’t have any fancy updates, it appears well-maintained. Rent is $1,695.

↑ Located near Hollywood Boulevard and Bronson, this one-bedroom in Hollywood boasts custom hardwood floors; new cabinets, counters, and appliances; and air conditioning. There’s laundry on-site but no mention of parking. Rent is $1,695.
