Here’s another project to add to Hollywood’s construction pipeline: An 11-story hotel building with 168 guest rooms off Selma Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard.
The new building would sprout up from a parking lot at 1600 North Schrader. It would come with three levels of underground parking and a ground-floor restaurant measuring just over 4,000 square feet (with seating for 334 diners), according to plans filed for the project Thursday.
The developer was not identified in the plans available through the department of city planning.
There are at least 16 other hotels seeking approval from the city or already under construction in Hollywood right now.
