Is Leonardo DiCaprio on a divesting spree? The actor just listed an oceanfront estate in Malibu, and he's already ready to cut another place loose. According to OpenHouse, the Oscar-winning actor and Neighborhood Integrity Initiative supporter is selling a ranch-style house in Studio City.
DiCaprio bought the property in 2014, paying $2.05 million. The house may look cute and cottage-like from the outside, but it measures a roomy 3,407 square feet and sits on a .15-acre lot in the Colfax Meadows neighborhood, one of Studio City’s oldest neighborhoods and a favorite of celebrities and movie industry folks dating back to the silent film era.
The four-bedroom house features high ceilings, French doors, and exposed beams in the large kitchen. The master bedroom’s wall of French doors open right onto the lush, landscaped backyard, and the room’s master bathroom includes a deep, in-floor tub, dual sinks, and a separate standing shower.
DiCaprio is asking $2.395 million for the residence.
