The house’s communal areas includes an in-home theater with a 133-inch screen, and an backyard with saltwater pool, built-in barbecue area with 57-inch Viking grill, and fire pit.
Trulia says Davis also maintains a long-time home is in Granada Hills, which she bought in 2005, paying $1.17 million.
