A cute old house on Vin Scully Avenue asks $879K

Attention Dodgers’ fans

You’ll have to put up with a lot of game day traffic, but if you love watching the Dodgers’ play, then this could be the place for you.

Painted oh-so-fittingly blue, the house is located on the newly renamed Vin Scully Avenue, the street that gets choked with cars headed to the ballpark from from Sunset Boulevard. But if you happen to live at 1245 Vin Scully, you could avoid all of that traffic by walking than less than one mile right up to the stadium.

Built in 1890, the two-story has more to offer than location. It was recently updated, but some of its original details are still intact. Take a gander at those pretty old windows, and, on the second floor, the wood molding that wasn't painted white. The staircase still has its original wood handrail.

It comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and, per the listing, a "self-contained" studio." Modern touches include new flooring and an open living area. The kitchen, though outfitted with a vintage stove, has a dishwasher and butcher block counters.

It last sold in February for $475,004. Now it’s listed for $879,00.
