16-foot ceilings and maple wood floors

Located in the Biscuit Company Lofts (a city Historic-Cultural Monument that's also listed on the National Register of Historic Places), this 1,054-square-foot unit offers 16-foot ceilings and maple wood floors that are original to the building, which dates back to 1925.

The unit is lit by a "massive wall" of operable windows that, along with cement and exposed brick interior elements, drive home the industrial chic look.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the unit’s bathroom has dual sinks and marble. It’s a little awkward to see the space set up without any divider between the kitchen and the bedroom area, but that’s an easy fix. The loft complex has a pool, community gardens, and a gym.

The Biscuit Company Lofts building was constructed as the West Coast headquarters for the National Biscuit Company, or Nabisco. It was overhauled by Linear City in the mid-Aughts. The building’s attracted famous tenants over the years, including National Treasure actor Nicholas Cage. (He sold his loft in 2012.)

This loft is listed for $779,000.
