The bright master suite has dual closets and baths

The Los Angeles Clippers’s Chris Paul is moving on from his estate in the guard-gated Bel Air Crest community after just four years, the Los Angeles Times reports. Paul paid $8.495 million for the residence, and has now listed it for $11.495 million.

Paul’s private, eight-bedroom mansion is separated from neighbors by "tall privacy hedges" on either side, and appears to have no rear neighbors. Entering the house, guests are met by a two-story foyer and striking hardwood floors in a herringbone pattern.

The house has been updated since Paul bought it. Its clean, white interiors include a 16-seat theater, a 10-car garage, 11 bathrooms, and a gym with sauna.

The master bedroom is like a little house unto itself, with its own sitting room, fireplace, and kitchenette. The bedroom also features large dual closets and bathrooms. Tall sliding glass doors open onto the rear yard, which contains a pool and spa, and looks out onto a canyon.

Since purchasing this property, Paul has also bought another home, this one in Calabasas. The basketball star paid $8.995 million for that estate, which sits on two acres.
