After a big flip, this crisp Larchmont Dutch Colonial wants $2M

New oak floors and a cool balcony

This charming Dutch Colonial in Larchmont was built in 1918 and just sold in April for $1.2 million. There’s only one exterior photo on that older listing now, but the copy starts off by saying, "Bring your contractor and designer to create your own gem." Consider this fixer fixed.

The interior of the three-bedroom house has been "completely updated," says the new listing. The kitchen features handcrafted cement tile, quartz countertops, and deep teal cabinets. Built-ins dot the house, from the den to the formal dining room.

All the bedrooms are upstairs, where there’s also a "bonus" family room with its own balcony. Two of the house’s two-and-a-half bathrooms are also upstairs, and feature a steam shower and his-and-hers sinks. The house sits on a 4,950-square-foot lot (not 2,466 square feet, as originally reported), and has ample grassy backyard space and a finished garage that appears to be in use as an office.

It's now listed for $2.050 million.
