We Picked Out 4 Los Angeles Homes for Newly Engaged Couple Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel

When you’re worth more than $2 billion, the budget is pretty much endless

Snapchat co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel and Australian model Miranda Kerr are engaged, and because they live in Los Angeles but we don’t want their "livin’ in sin’ house" tainting their married life, we’ve rounded up four homes they should buy with their combined wealth, which is astronomical. Spiegel alone is worth $2.1 billion, according to Forbes.

We have a pretty good idea of the style they’d want, because Spiegel told Entertainment Weekly he loves English garden roses and wears James Perse white V-necks, and Kerr’s style is a "spot-on mix of sex appeal, sportiness, and elegance."

A 1920s "country English estate" in Beverly Hills is mostly white throughout with a bathroom totally styled for romance (look at all those candles) for $12.75 million.

A "French contemporary" (with a tiled roof) on four acres, also in Beverly Hills. There’s seven bedrooms, so room to grow the family, or they can take their time and enjoy the 300-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar. It’s asking $35 million.

A sprawling beach house with chic "old-world kind of farmer charm" designed and owned by Perse! How serindepitious! In Point Dume, it comes with keyed access to the beach, and it’s listed for $12.99 million

An "Italian Villa" with an in-home gym, mahogany windows and doors, and "‘Savant & Lutron’ smart technologies" for the app founder. It’s asking $12.495 million.
