Secluded within the Los Feliz Oaks, the updated traditional features two fireplaces and a swimming pool

In 2007, about two years into playing the role of The Office’s shifty-eyed accountant Kevin Malone, actor Brian Baumgartner and his then-wife purchased this 1940s traditional on Spring Oak Drive in the Los Feliz Oaks. Since then, the Atlanta native has gotten divorced and remarried, and is now looking to unload the one-quarter-acre property.

Per its listing, the two-story Colonial Revival has been "upgraded & expanded over the years," and has four bedrooms, four baths, a step-down living room, oak floors, casement windows, two fireplaces, crown molding, and French doors. Exterior features include a swimming pool, wet bar, and abundant fruit trees. Last sold for $1.913 million, it’s currently asking $2.849 million.
