This single-story, flat-roofed Beverly Hills home was built in 1969 but is completely renovated, says the listing. The new look is courtesy of designer-to-the-stars Trip Haenisch, who has totally updated the place since Gilligan's Island and The Brady Bunch creator and producer Sherwood Schwartz lived there.
The house was originally designed by architects Donald Park and Wallace Benton, who together formed a well-known midcentury firm.
It sold last summer for $7.2 million ($250,000 over asking), the LA Times reported at the time of the sale. Now, it's hardly recognizable. The large open kitchen is decked out with fancy Miele appliances and features a glassed-in wine cellar visible from the kitchen that stores more than 200 bottles. Italian marble and oak floors are a theme that carries throughout the house. The four-bedroom house includes a master bedroom with its own office and cavernous dual closets.
And don't forget the outdoor areas. The house is equipped with a pool, spa, three cabanas, and a fire pit. Last sold for $7.2 million in June 2015, it's now listed for $11.995 million.
