Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams's Los Feliz Divorce House Asking $3.2M

The five-bedroom Mediterranean is in the fancy Oaks neighborhood

The pop star/actress Mandy Moore and singer/songwriter Ryan Adams aren't planning on staying married anymore, so they won't be needing this Los Feliz house they shared either. Moore actually bought the residence before she married Adams, but the two shared the home during their six-year marriage, a rep from OpenHouse tells Curbed.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom Mediterranean sits on a private street in the chic Oaks neighborhood, the official listing states. It was originally built in 1927 but has definitely had some upgrades since then. The house has wood floors, the original staircase, and a terraced backyard. It's also got a great kitchen, with a "butcher block-topped" island and a walk-in pantry.

Moore bought the place in 2002, paying $1.725 million, but, says TMZ, paperwork for the couple's divorce shows they'd been splitting the mortgage. Perhaps that arrangement won't continue for too much longer. The house is listed for $3.199 million.
