Adam Levine Asking $17.5M for Rambling Single-Story in Beverly Hills

A one-story house with a two-story garage for cars

Multi-hyphenate Adam Levine is parting ways with his very lovely, totally rebuilt Beverly Hills estate, and he could stand to make a hefty profit on the sale. Variety reports the 7,100-square-foot house is located in "a tiny and unheralded gated enclave" overlooking Benedict Canyon.

The Voice coach, Maroon 5 frontman, and budding actor’s five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate sits on 3.66 acres and gives off strong midcentury modern vibes, with exposed beam ceilings, a towering stone fireplace, and floor-to-ceilings sliding glass doors throughout.

Modern touches? How about a "two-story car collector’s garage" that comes with an elevated car lift, an in-home screening room, or a hidden, "speak easy"-style card room.

The grounds include a large tennis court, a brand new swimming pool, and a circular driveway in front of the single-story home.

Levine bought in October 2012 for $4.83 million, and is now unloading the thoroughly overhauled property for $17.5 million. He and his pregnant wife, Victoria Secret model Behati Prinsloo, have also listed a Manhattan loft they bought together just a year and a half ago.
