No pool, but there’s a hot tub and a sleek tile bathroom

Matt LeBlanc has put his 1930s Spanish-style residence in Pacific Palisades on the market. The home sits on a half-acre lot and features some striking views and plenty of lush vegetation—though, as Variety points out, there’s no pool (there is a hot tub). The listing photos don’t show off too much of the interior, but there is an impressive tile entryway on display. The snazzy tile work carries over to a small but elegant bathroom, complete with vintage sink and bathtub. Several rooms feature hardwood floors and beamed ceilings, and the kitchen has been recently remodeled. The Friends star is asking $8.75 million for the 3,930 square-foot, four-bedroom home.

Update: As the LA Times reported in August, this home was falsely rumored to have been owned by Matt LeBlanc. It was, in fact, owned by Tom Hanks, who sold the property in 2017.
