The brokerbabble is in full force in the listing for this Santa Ana house (not an Eichler, as previously written), but we can't blame them. Over-the-top prose aside, this 1961 house is really cool. There's a very hip entry leading into the house (love those decorative cinderblocks), an updated kitchen ("even chicken fingers taste gourmet when you use this kitchen to make them"), a large fireplace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom's a little underwhelming, but probably nothing that can't be fixed by a shopping spree. (The master bath could use a little tweaking, too, but the other bathroom in the house looks sharp.) And the backyard does have a nice big pool. Who doesn't like a pool? The house has been on and off the market for a little over a year. This time around, it's asking $760,000.
