Rodney Walker's Own Midcentury Modern in Bel Air Up For Grabs

Listed at $1.85 million, the magazine-ready residence is one of a handful that the Case Study designer built in the neighborhood

About a decade prior to building his stunning family residence in Ojai, Case Study designer Rodney Walker built himself this spiffy number at the tippy-top of Bel-Air, now on the market for $1.849 million. One of a handful of homes the self-taught architect erected on a small lane off of Mulholland Drive, the concrete, glass, steel and wood modern has been modified, per its listing, from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom plus den, but hasn't lost any of its mid-century cool. Features include walls of glass, clerestory windows, a wood-burning fireplace, an updated kitchen, and panoramic views. Open house is scheduled for Sunday, April 10, between 2 and 5 p.m.
